Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 210 W Main St, Heber Springs, AR!
However, we do have multiple warehouses we fulfill orders from! Your item could ship directly from our store front or from one of our many outside warehouses!
Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: We carry XS-3X in apparel!
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: We strive to have all orders leave our warehouses within 3 days however, because we do not physically lay our hands on every single product, it may extend up to 7 days.
Q: Why do you have different warehouses?
A: A lot of our products are from dropshipping companies that help us provide more styles for all of you at an affordable price. Therefore, we do not store all of the products listed in our store front!
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, all orders over $50 have free shipping!
Q: Do you offer returns?
At this time, we do not! Due to the extent of dropshipping and the many steps we go through to get your order to you - we do not offer returns at this time. However, please reach out to us via the contact page if you have any issues at all! Defective or damaged items will be replaced and/or refunded!
